Since 2008, Christlike Inreach Outreach Ministries has served Tampa from one campus on Orient Road. A hot meal opens the door. A safe home provides stability. Revamp rebuilds the life. And the men we serve return to serve others.
Founded by Pastor Charles Patrick, the ministry is powered by volunteers, donors, and partners who believe every person who walks through our doors has a future.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here!2 Corinthians 5:17
Churches, businesses, foundations, and neighbors: help us feed more families and restore more men.
About Us
Christlike Inreach Outreach Ministries Inc. has served Tampa since 2008.
Our Mission
Christlike Inreach Outreach Ministries, through its outreach and Revamp, feeds the hungry, houses the vulnerable, restores lives through stable housing and discipleship, and equips men for work and independence, reflecting the love of Christ in practical, daily ways.
Our Vision
A Tampa where no one who walks through our doors leaves hungry, homeless, or without a path forward.
Revamp's Vision
To provide hope for the broken man, restoring men through rehabilitation, compassionate reintegration, and work to dismantle the stigma around homelessness, mental illness, and addiction.
Every guest, resident, and participant is a person with a future.
Food, housing, restoration, and work, addressed together.
Clear expectations, and a path back after setbacks.
Every dollar and donated meal is cared for and accounted for.
Residents and graduates grow into volunteers and leaders.
Since 2008
Christlike Inreach Outreach Ministries Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2008 by Pastor Charles Patrick, based at 3011 Orient Road in Tampa. From one campus, we feed our neighbors every day, give men a safe place to live, and walk with them through Revamp as they rebuild their lives.
The men who come to us have lost work, housing, or family support. Some are coming out of homelessness or poverty, some from incarceration, and some are moving past substance use. What they share is a life that needs rebuilding: gaps in work history, missing IDs, broken relationships, and isolation.
For men with no other place to go, the ministry provides housing and meals. Our aim is simple: help each man repair his life through steady work, restored family relationships, and practical life skills, so he can become a productive member of his community.
Revamp gives them a safe, sober place to live and a clear 12-month path forward, with mentors who walk beside them, practical skills, help finding work, and a community that expects the best of them.

Meet Our Founder
Founder, Christlike Inreach Outreach Ministries
Pastor Patrick founded Christlike Inreach Outreach Ministries in 2008 out of a calling to serve men who had been counted out. Under his leadership, the ministry has grown to include a daily meal service for the community, a home for men rebuilding their lives, and Revamp.
He leads the work alongside a team of volunteers, guided by one conviction: every man who walks through the door has a future.
Twelve months of housing, mentorship, life skills, and work for men ready to rebuild their lives.
Six areas of support run through every man's 12 months. Each man's personal plan sets which ones he needs most.
Safe, structured, sober housing for men ready for a new start, with house standards, curfew, and on-site accountability.
A trained mentor for the full 12 months, prayer partners, discipleship, and pastoral care. Faith participation is offered openly, never forced.
Resumes, interview practice, digital skills, certifications, and introductions to second-chance employers.
Budgeting, banking, credit basics, ID and document recovery, housing navigation, transportation, and legal navigation.
Relational counseling, fatherhood support, and service projects that help men return as fathers, workers, and neighbors.
A weekly support group, personal life planning, and referrals to licensed mental health counselors and clinical partners.
The Revamp Pathway
Each man sets personal goals at intake for 3 months, 6 months, and one year, then moves through four 90-day phases, advancing when he meets a clear readiness gate. A gate is not a pass-or-fail test: a man who isn't ready repeats the phase with added support, and a setback brings a restart plan, not dismissal.
Gate90 days engaged, plan in place, connected to care as needed
GateConsistent attendance and a completed life-skills track
GateEmployed or in training, with a housing plan secured
Life in the residence
Our standard
Clear expectations, and always a path back after a setback. The men we serve become the men who serve: residents and graduates grow into mentors, drivers, kitchen leads, and volunteers.
Churches, businesses, foundations, and neighbors: help us feed more families and restore more men.
Food Ministry
Breakfast and dinner, seven days a week, for anyone who walks through our doors.
Feeding Tampa, every day
From the church kitchen at 3011 Orient Road, our volunteers serve breakfast and dinner seven days a week, weekends and holidays included, when many other programs close. Meals are open to anyone. There is no eligibility screening and no one is turned away.
Every Saturday, we give out boxes of food, and people line up down the street and around the corner to receive them. Working families, seniors, and neighbors between jobs come for groceries they can take home.
Our food comes from Feeding Tampa Bay and from donations by local markets, partner ministries, and Revamp graduates who come back to give. What we receive, we share with other local ministries, so it reaches even more families across Tampa.
At our daily meals, guests sit beside men who are rebuilding their lives through Revamp.
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.Matthew 25:35
For many men, the meal line is where a new life starts.
First
Guests are fed with dignity and greeted by volunteers who know their names.
Then
Guests who need more can learn about Revamp, housing, work support, and other help.
And then
Men who once stood in line come back to cook, serve, and drive for the next person.
Every meal is prepared and served by volunteers and made possible by donors.
Cook, serve, or clean up at breakfast or dinner.
Bring groceries, produce, or staples for meals and Saturday food boxes.
Give monthly to keep breakfast and dinner on the table.
Rally your church, school, or business to stock our shelves.

When you partner with Christlike Inreach Outreach Ministries, you help feed families every day and give men the housing, mentorship, and support they need to rebuild their lives.
Dedicated volunteers, donated food from Feeding Tampa Bay and local markets, and a campus the ministry owns mean your gift multiplies. Roughly 102,000 meals a year are served this way.
Every Saturday, people line up down the street and around the corner for food boxes. The need in our community is real, and it is growing.
We follow each man's progress in housing, work, and life goals, and share results openly with the partners who make this work possible.

Our Impact
What happens when a community refuses to give up on its neighbors.
Hillsborough County faces real hunger and homelessness. Our doors are open every day.
How lives change
Change rarely starts with a program. It starts with a plate of food and someone who learns your name. From there, men can find a safe place to live, a mentor, real skills, and steady work.
We follow each man's progress in housing, work, and personal goals, and we celebrate every step.
Breakfast and dinner every day, open to anyone.
Structured, sober housing for men.
Twelve months, four phases, a mentor beside him.
Job readiness, placement, and rides to work.

Stories of restoration
If you are a Revamp graduate, a resident, or a neighbor we've served, we would be honored to share your story, only with your permission.
